I'm Chef Christian, and for over 25 years I've been obsessed with creating meals and experiences that people never forget.
My path has led me through some of the most respected kitchens in luxury hospitality—from Wolfgang Puck's restaurant group and Spago Beverly Hills to Hotel Bel-Air, Shutters on the Beach, Soho House West Hollywood, and Loews Coronado Bay. I've cooked on private yachts, in exclusive residences, and everywhere in between.
